OdorHog^TM Return Policy

The OdorHog vent pipe filters are guaranteed to eliminate odors that originate from your vent pipes. If they did not solve your problem, please return them within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs.

Please DO NOT ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving a return authorization number. Please include a copy of your invoice so that we are able to find your transaction quickly and issue a prompt refund.

Remember the OdorHog vent pipe filters do not solve indoor plumbing problems. If you are experiencing an indoor odor, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions page for possible solutions.
