Refund policy

OdorHog vent pipe filters are guaranteed to eliminate odors originating from your vent pipes. If they do not solve your problem, you may return your order within 90 days of receiving it for a refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@OdorHog.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returned items should be packaged in the original packaging whenever possible or packaged appropriately to prevent damage during return shipping. Items damaged due to improper return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:

• The wrong product was ordered by mistake
• An incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and work quickly to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your return is not approved for a refund for any reason, we will notify you. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
